Responsibilities

- In-store and online sales
- Front desk customer service (registration, verification of customer details, answering calls, scheduling appointments, etc.)
- Assist in daily front desk and store operations (cash and credit card transactions, invoicing, and closing accounts, etc.)
- Address customer inquiries both online and offline
- Handle packaging and shipping
- Perform general store administrative tasks, including order processing

- 門市及線上銷售
- 前台接待顧客(登記、核對客人資料、接聽電話、預約等)
- 協助前台及店鋪日常營運(現金及信用卡交易工作、打單及埋數等)
- 解答顧客線上線下查詢
- 處理包裝及出貨
- 處理一般店舖行政工作,包括訂單處理
Requirements:

- 2–3 years or more of retail experience in beauty or skincare products
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Strong sales skills and customer service attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese, good Mandarin, and English is preferred
- Must be punctual, polite, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about the beauty industry, outgoing, and willing to communicate
- Candidates with more experience may be offered higher positions and salaries

- 2-3年或以上美容或護膚品相關零售經驗,經驗豐富者會考慮為店務經理職位
- 即時上班優先
- 良好銷售技巧及顧客服務態度
- 流利廣東話、良好普通話、英文優先
- 必須要守時、有禮貌,親切有禮、細心
- 對美容行業充滿熱誠,性格開朗,願意溝通
- 經驗較豐富者可獲安排更高職位及薪金

- Office at Mong Kok
- Rotating shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; holiday schedules can be negotiated
- 6 days off per month, with additional compensation if public holidays fall within the month
- 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour meal break
